FIT4 is an AI wellness and metabolic monitoring tool designed for fitness and nutrition awareness. It is NOT a certified medical device, and does NOT substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or licensed treatment. You must always consult a qualified physician before making any medical decisions, altering medication, or fundamentally changing your diet based on FIT4 metrics (including glucose, blood pressure, or metabolic scores).

02 / RESPONSIBILITIES

User Responsibilities

By accessing or using FIT4, you agree to the following obligations:

✦Accurate Information: Provide truthful data for ABHA integration, health profiles, and account registration.

✦Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

✦Clinical Supervision: You must not use FIT4's AI food scanning or metabolic analytics to circumvent or replace professional clinical supervision.

✦Minimum Age: You must be 13 years of age or older to use FIT4. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

03 / ACCEPTABLE USE

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

✦Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the FIT4 application or its proprietary AI models.

✦Exploit, abuse, or circumvent the ABHA API interfaces or ABDM digital health gateways.

✦Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including unauthorized data collection or medical fraud.

✦Attempt to access another user's health data, account, or personal identifiers without authorization.

✦Introduce malware, bots, scrapers, or automated agents into the FIT4 platform or APIs.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and may subject you to legal action under Indian law.

04 / LIABILITY

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

✦FIT4 is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

✦We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

✦Our total liability for any claim related to FIT4 shall not exceed the amount you paid to FIT4 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

✦We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated metabolic scores, food analysis outputs, or clinical routing decisions.

05 / MODIFICATIONS

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

✦Notify registered users via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect.

✦Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

✦Your continued use of FIT4 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
